Connecting your existing account

Use the same sign-in method you use in Dial. If you use Sign in with Apple on your phone, choose Apple on the connection page. Review the permissions before allowing the connection.

Checking a saved meal

In ChatGPT or Claude, check the calendar date and time zone and confirm the reviewed meal, then open today's food log in Dial. If the entry is not visible, close and reopen Dial while online to refresh it. Keep Dial updated to receive synchronization improvements.

Expired connections and corrections

A connection expires after 30 days; reconnect when prompted. If a food changed on your phone while the assistant was preparing a correction or undo, ask it to refresh the log and review the current entry before retrying. This protects the change you made on your phone.

What to include in a support request

Tell us your Dial app version, the date and time zone involved, and the error message. Share only the information needed to explain the problem. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, connection tokens, medical records or an entire chat transcript.
